Delivery Policy

Letcopro (Pty) Ltd T/A Palanga Publishing, delivers products throughout South Africa.

Due to occasional delays and interrupted services, we do not use SA Post Office as a delivery method. We use reliable, fast and cost-effective courier services within and outside of South Africa. The cost of delivery will vary depending on your delivery address.

Delivery time is subject to variation and is determined by the delivery service. Palanga Publishing cannot be held liable for late or lost deliveries once orders have been shipped.

Processing Orders

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs so that we can investigate with the courier.
